Wawa celebrates National Volunteer Week
We are excited to share that Wawa and The Wawa Foundation will generously be highlighting their National Partners, including Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, during National Volunteer Week April 20 – 26, 2025.
To celebrate 61 years of Wawa and 11 years of The Wawa Foundation they will be distributing $50,000 in gift cards to member hospitals to be used to support immediate family assistance programs, for fuel, or food needs in an effort to continue their mission of building stronger communities

Gift cards will be used in a variety of ways, including being given to patient families to help offset the cost of food and fuel while travelling to and from or while in the hospital. They will also be used to support various teams and departments at the member hospitals who rely on fuel to carry out their mission.
CMN Hospitals is grateful for the incredible support of Wawa and the Wawa Foundation having raised over $23M since our partnership began in 2003. From April 7th – May 25th stop in to your local Wawa and donate at check out or round up at self check out in support of your local member hospital.
